How does 'Love Across The Mail Club' work?
Every month, you will receive mail from me containing the following:
- a 5" by 7" or 4" by 6" art print/postcard
- an original poem
- a letter
- stickers
- a mini print
These would be aligned with that month's theme. (e.g., July's was "Love in Competition' and August's is "Rest.") You can also follow me on my socials for updates and a look into the process.
The monthly mail you receive will depend on how many months you've subscribed for. If you subscribed for 1 month, and would like to get another, you may order again.
Shipping
Mail are posted/shipped the week after the month's 23rd via PhlPost. Mail shipping can vary from a few days to weeks depending on your distance from Luzon, Philippines. They will be sent as regular mail with no tracking code to maintain the subscription's affordability.
One valuable charm of Snail Mail is the slowness and anticipation of physical mail. However, due to the processes of PhlPost, delivery time can be quite lengthy. But please do not hesitate to contact me through the Contact Page for any questions or concerns regarding your mail. I would like for you to be absolutely happy with what you receive! <3
Payment Methods
Current payment methods accepted are bank transfer, e-wallet (Gcash), and Paypal.
Please note that bank transfer is also available via the Paypal button (even if you do not have a Paypal), you can continue as guest without signing in.
Kindly double check details if making manual payments.
NOTE: If you want to avail a monthly automatic billing subscription, you can go to my Ko-fi store to subscribe. This isn't yet available on my website here.
Orders & Subscriptions
You may manage your orders through the Customer Portal with the same email address you used to subscribe.
For now, automatic billing subscriptions are only available through my Ko-Fi Shop. For this website, you can make one-time purchases and choose how many months you want to subscribe (1-month, 2-month, 3-month, and so on.)
If you've put in an incorrect address, you may still notify me through the Contact Page before the 23rd of the month.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, we have no return or refund option for the Mail Club. This is because the art prints within the envelope would not be good for reselling. I hope this is understood. But if you have any concern, we may still discuss through the Contact Page.
Previous Mail
A full Catch-up Mail (art print, poem, stickers, letter, mini print) is now available!
For those who only want the art print & poem of the previous months you may also purchase them separately. They will be shipped together in your current mail. They will arrive together and shipping is still free. However, only current subscribers can avail separate prints & poems
